CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE / SR. CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
- Experience
6-12 months in international BPO/ Call Centre/Telecom/ISP. Prefer those candidates who are already working as customer care executive.
- Qualification
Any 12+ / Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Salary Range
8,000 – 15,000 (Plus Incentives)
- Responsibilities :
- Make / Receive calls to/from US/UK customers.
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Sell products and services
- Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
- Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
- Skill Set Requirement:
- Good / Excellent Communication skills.
- Ability to build positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone
- Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
- Ability to meet sales target and tight deadlines.
- A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
- Willingness to work in night shifts.

TEAM LEADER
- Experience

18000 - 25000 per month
- Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 10-15 agents.
- Achieving the team targets
- Handling team issues & ensuring adherence to quality parameters of the process
- Responsible for productivity and efficiency of the Team members.
- Responsible for retaining the performing Team members.
- Skill Set Requirement:
- Good / Excellent Communication skills.
- Should have Team handling experience of minimum 6 Months.
- Someone with sales background ready to work in sales process can apply
- Willingness to work in night shifts.

- Job Description:
Responsible for the visual aspects of online marketing material, including websites, emails, banner ads etc. Must have strong conceptual skills in layout and design. Need to create eye-catching visuals and then co-ordinate and oversee the production from beginning to end. Design outstanding solutions, co! Instantly reach new heights, and achieve the seemingly impossible. Establish your expertise as a whole, encompassing not only Creative, but all aspects of the process - able to offer assistance with strategy, design, and technology.
- Key skills:
Candidates should have experience designing and developing online/offline creative for prestigious clients. They should also feel very comfortable working in a completely online environment and have good, recent experience doing so. Knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, brand adherence, and a solely creative background are all huge pluses.
- Candidate Profile:
Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Corel Draw or similar graphic design software. Knowledge of Flash, HTML, CSS preferable, but not essential
