Requirement of 30 Candidates
- Educational Qualification:
Graduate with Computer Knowledge of Web Development (BCA, DCA are preferable.)
- Experience:
They should have experience in coding HTML, XML pages for atleast 3 months. They should have basic knowledge of HTML and DTD in XML.
Should have good knowledge in English and understanding capacity of page or book classification.

- Educational Qualification:

- Experience:
He should be able to lead the team of 6-8 persons, should have ability to make reports on quality and team progress.

- Job Description:
Responsible for the programming aspects of online websites, in-house and outsource projects, paypal integration, OOPS concepts, smarty templates, joomla ,drupal, ajax, html/dhtml, xhtml, javascript, xml, php mysql. Must have strong conceptual skills in layout and design
- Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate - Strong proficiency in languages mentioned above. Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, JAVA APPLETS preferable, but not essential.

CREATIVE DESIGNERS
- Job Description:
Responsible for the visual aspects of online marketing material, including websites, emails, banner ads, online games etc. Must have strong conceptual skills in layout and design . Need to create eye-catching visuals and then co-ordinate and oversee the production from beginning to end. Design outstanding solutions, co! Instantly reach new heights, and achieve the seemingly impossible. Establish your expertise as a whole, encompassing not only Creative, but all aspects of the process - able to offer assistance with strategy, design, and technology.
- Key skills:
Candidates should have experience designing and developing online/offline creative for prestigious clients. They should also feel very comfortable working in a completely online environment and have good, recent experience doing so. Knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, brand adherence, and a solely creative background are all huge pluses.
- Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate - Strong proficiency in Photoshop, or similar graphic design software. Knowledge of Flash, HTML preferable, but not essential
